SENATE BILL NO. 141 "An Act naming the Raymond and Esther                                                                       
Conquest Bridge" was read the second time.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Senator Kaufman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Transportation Committee Substitute offered on page                                                             
1426. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(TRA) was                                                                    
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(TRA) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the February 21 calendar.
